Hi, this is my first post, thought i'd better join up now i own a bravo:D.

I bought an 07 plate 120 Mjet active last week (evan's halshaw for about £7k - 12k miles), and on leaving the dealer it beeped at me and told me the "abs is unavailable - see handbook".

took it back, they told me shouldn't be a problem we'll get it sorted no time etc etc. That was about 8 days ago. they sent it off the the local stoneacre/fiat dealer who have just told me the wiring was faulty and the dash has to come off. should i be worried? anyone else had this problem?

getting so frustrated now, just want my bravo back!!!:bang: oh well.....

btw this is my first fiat, just traded my (almost) faultless skoda fabia 1.4mpi (68bhp:slayer:) for it. loved the bravo for the 12ish hours i had it before it went back, going from 68bhp/80ish lb/ft to 120bhp/188lb/ft is rather nice(y)

cheers

got my bravo back now, abs is all sorted (y). am indeed a happy bunny. it was indeed just faulty wiring, needle in a haystack job apparently. eventually it was traced to behind the dash after having replaced both rear sensors. Thank god for warranty. now if they would only fix the rear window winder and the bonnet release......

Will post some pics up of the beast once i've finished moving house.
