I was talking to Hellcat last week, and we had differing views on whether the 150MJ Sport has a DPF. Looking at the speed in which the exhaust tips go black on ours I presumed it didnt have a DPF.

Also looking in the handbook it says that cars fitted with DPF have variable oil change intervals which are indicated by a warning light. Does anyones 1.9MJ have a DPF, do some have them and some not

(I know the new 2.0MJ does have them)

Bunny's 1.9 multijet Croma (55 plate) has just thrown up a 'change engine oil' warning message so that looks like it's not related directly to when they were built.

Next time mine's in I'll have them check with examiner to see if it's got DPF.

I have found some info how to identify if your car has a DPF , on page 214 (owners handbook) Identification plate which is found on the front crossmember under the bonnet gives info on the body version code which can be identified from the codes given on page 216 . I hope the page numbers are the same with everybody.:)
