Have an 8 month old Bravo 1.4 dynamic.

Very pleased with it, but recenlty have noticed that if in 5th or 6th and low revs anything below 2500, when you put your foot down on the throttle to try and get more power, clutch seem to engage as if you slipped the clutch. Or in an old automatic.

Not touching the clutch at all, it can't be normal.

Should this be a trip to the dealer and
Is the box semi automatic.

Best to be safe and take it it to the dealership where you bought it,should still be under warranty as its only 8 months old, should anything need to be done it should be free, the gearbox is not semi automatic, not yet anyway.

Thanks for the replies, will give them a ring.

what I don't understand is why the clutch is engaging when you put your foot on the throttle?

Different car I know, but the same happened on my gf's Panda. Oil got into the clutch or something (from manufacture - it was about 8mths old at the time), new clutch under warrenty.
