I don't think anyone in this country has any everyday experience of your problems. It sounds as if good ground clearance would be an important aspect to consider and low profile tyres should probably be left on the options list. I don't suppose you've considered a Land Rover or a Toyota Land Cruiser? A very powerful air-conditioning system would also be very useful. For their size, both cars are not huge on the inside but that appears to be largely down to the large crumple zones especially at the front. These are things you never knew you needed; that is until you really do need them. I have had a number of FIATs over the last 20 years, from 128 to Uno Diesel, from Mk1 Punto to Stilo and Panda Multijet and there has been steady improvements to quality. However, I for one would love to know how whatever you buy stands up to the demands you place on it. Let's face it, if it can survive being driven in the kinds of conditions you describe then this country should hold no fears for it.

the land cruiser, Pajero, Land rover, are all out of the question because the used ones range from a price of 150,000 to 300,000 Le depending on its condition which is extremely expensive for me and also they are super expensive to run and maintain.

and also no car in the world survives fully from the wrath of the unmerciful egyptian roads but however fiats are the only cheap cars that do survive the super tough conditions of hellish egypt (Not unscathed) and i already owned 2 fiats soo far and they have been doin well compared to the other cars around when it comes to spare parts, efficiency, long life.

so i was looking for which fiat car would survive "better" in egypt while committing to the which is more economic on the long run to buy.

So which to buy and why?

I've said it before, Only you can decide there both very similar cars. the bravo is slightly bigger and this shows on the inside. Its also heavier and uses more fuel, it will also probably mean more expensive tax depending on how it works in egypt. Its also the more sturdy car of the two from what ive seen of it but its still early days. still loads of time for potential problems to arise.
