i thought i read somewhere that the marea headlights were lower dipped so needed bravo motors or something or other....

no the marea alignment motors are fine. the problem is that marea headlights tend to have a very dipped beam when you fit them to a bravo/a. if you find your beam is dipped too low, and the white adjustment screws can not adjust the beam high enough, then you need to loosen off the 2 bolts holding each headlight on, angle the whole headlight unit up, and then tighten the bolts and adjust both beams so they are level. you should find that there is now a gap under each headlight, that is unavoidable and hardly noticable
