I had a look at a Bravo 1.2SX today and asked if fitting front fogs would be posible. Sales guy thought like I did, that the bumper on it had the mounting points already but it seems after checking it doesnt and that it requires a new front bumper just to get the front fogs fitted.

There has to be an easier and yet still neat and flush way of adding a set of front fogs?
ideas would be great

I STILL don't know what the holes in the front bumper are for - something to do with towing according to the manual but I still can't see why they are the way the are. I also thought they were for foglights but looking at the dimensions it seems not. I did see a bumper avilable with foglights for about £300 on one of the parts sites, just can't remember where exactly.

ive seen it on http://shop.desiragroup.com/catalog/ and on the brio catalogue, but it appears to be the body kit front bumper/spoiler and looks odd if the side skirts arnt fitted

maybe you should consider a higher spec model. save a lot of hassle, and you won't have to go to the bother of replacing your dash switches, wiring them up, cutting out the bumper, spraying the foglight surrounds, etc. etc. thought the sx had fogs anyway

Correct. SX does not have the mounts for the fogs as they sit in the sides of the front bumber. To install Bravp/a fogs you do need the required bumber. However, aftermarket ones should fit.

Helz, the hole in the front is indeed for towing. If you look in your boot at your spare wheel you will notice a large metal ring with a screw end. This screws into that small hole at the front and the tow rope is attached to it

Been giving it a bit of thought and I think im going to try find a Trofeo spec one, since it comes with the fogs on it. At this this way I can get the spec I want and still have the 1.2
