Where is the breather filter on a Fiat brava 1.6 96'?
If there isnt one how do i go about fitting one?

why would you want a breather filter? you only need them if you fit an induction kit and have a spare breather hose that wont fit to the induction kit. if you go removing a breather hose to fit a filter on it, you'll need to block up the hole you leave on the intake. there is no advantage to fitting a breather filter, no noise no extra power etc, so why would you want to?
