My Bravo 1.8 HLX is tramlining badly and doesn't feel as secure as it should in corners. Tyres are new, Tyre pressures and tracking are OK. Rear shocks are probably a bit tired, but before i shell out a load of cash on Shocks, Bushes etc... has anyone got any idea what may be causing these uncharacteristic handling problems

Cheers

You seem to know what you are doing so I apologise if you have already tried the following.
Check all suspension components for damage, wear, etc. You can still have bent bits and good tracking.
What make tyres and how new? You can get some tyres that don't like particular cars or set-ups.
You id'd shocks already as possibility.
Was camber checked with tracking?
Springs?

Good luck and let us know how you get on:D

And don't forget to check for that crack running between the B posts;)

have you started using much wider tyres?

Met Cognac 99 Brava 100 HSX, what do you want? cupholders? open door warning light? grow up!

Wheel spacers! They can do wonders. Try 5mm or 9mm and get longer bolts. Universal ones probably won't work so get proper ones from www.trackstore.co.uk

I'm gonna try it quite soon (3 weeks time, better weather, no school!).
