when i bought my t reg bravo the rear windscreen wiper didnt work and to this day it doesnt work as i havnt been all that bothered by it.

Do any of you lot know how to fix this problem as i've heard its a very common occurence.

thanks!

chris

mines the same, checked the fuses and then noticed a green fuse that had literally melted, turned out its for the blowers (which also don't work properly) and fag lighter

But as for the wiper? will have to try and fit another motor(n)

This bloody car ios costing me a fortune

But then it is a Fiat i guess:p

ok i'lll try the motor if the motor is working could it be a wiring default?? not sure wether this is common on bravos?

Ahhh dont bother fixing it just pack it out side mine for a week and some one will just rip it right off the back window leaving you with this horrable little bubble looking round bit with a nut on it :| Fecking Charvers !!!!!!!!!!!

thanks for the advise i'll check the contacts and the fuses if not looks like i'm stripping the motor out and going scapping for a working one.

These rear wiper motors must have been made really really badly. Is there anyone on the forum who isn't looking for one? :D

I've been to a couple of scrapyards, remember mk1 punto motors fit as well in theory, but no luck so far. All the cars I checked either someone had had it already or they were broken. The best bit is, when you do find one, there's no gaurantee it will last any more than the first one!!
