First, hello to alll...it was a real surprise when I accidentaly stumbled on this forum. Since I'm an owner of Brava, it appears that I'm on the right place. This is the problem: the small interior lamp at the left side of the trunk is always ON. I suspect that the problem is small switch which goes to "release" mode when trunk is open. Could someone verify this? A simple test will be highly appreciated....open the trunk and try to press the switch manually....it is on the left side...between contacts...does the lamp goes OFF or not? Did someone had this problem before? Also, is there anyone who could be kind enough to post electrical schematic (wiring diagram) or anything else that could be useful for this.

if you push the switch the light should go off
check the hinge is catching the switch if the switch does shut the light off

I've tried that. When I push the switch (with the trunk open), the light remains ON. That is why I need wiring diagram...to try to solve it. Acually, there is a possibility that the switch itself is not working properly, but it would be much better with the schematics....
