Simply want a top a few pictures of the engine bay from above and below (especially between the front of the engine and the rad/bumper) to see if my plans will work out before I buy one.

i wouldn't base a decision on a few pics.

you're bound to find one in a scrapyard if you ring about, then go assess the job properly (a merea 20v will be the same and easier to find). there's an hgt at bell's breakers in bishop aukland. its still got an intact engine bay and engine. i've looked at it a lot and wished i had the extra cylinder. oh well

My problem has been finding a fully intact engine & uncrumpled engine bay Ryan answered my question last night anyway so my plans are doable

to look at or buy? that engine of mines gotta go or its going to the crusher ASAP tomorrow will probably be the last chance before it goes bye bye so FREE 20v engine to first come first serve!

dont think the weight is much different actually, would like to try out a 2.4 20v diesel but you could also get a stilo 2.0 20v petrol in aswell :chin:

It's not massive heavy. They have both 20v 2.0 and 10v 2.4 in a Marea... 20v head shouldn't weigh too much more.
