I have fiat brava 1.8 (1997 year of production). Just changed battery in my remote controler, and after that it doesn't work any more. When I push the button on remote controler there is light, which means that there is power.
I think it should be some procedure for sinhronise btw remote controler and main system in the car. Or I should to reset somewhere Any hint?

often when the battery goes flat the remote needs to be programmed into the alarm. you do this using the button near the interior light. you push the button on the car then push the button on the remote. if the LED on the dashboard turns off when you push the remote button it has been successfully programmed into the car.
your manual should explain how to do it.
