General auto gearbox problem

Hi guys im having problems with my auto gear box.
Basically sometimes ill pull away with it and it will just quickly shunt forward then their will be no power at all and the gearbox heating light come up flashing like the gear box is to hot lol this is wene i first pull away in the morning so it aint hot and sometimes it does it in the arfter noon but never wene im driving down the road thankfully.
And im worried as the car has done 115600 miles that the auto box is well on its way out.
so basically any body know anyware that does auto to manual conversions around the hampshire area that i can contact for a quote.

For the cost, taking into account the price of extra insurance for the modifications, you would be better off selling and buying a manual HLX.

ide rather not sell it
dont care about the price and the insurance wont go up theirs no difference in price be it manual or auto

Wouldn't be a standard car though. You would have to declare it as a modification and that tends to put the price up.
