Just bought a P reg Brava ELX 1.6 16v,lovley little motor.

However, I noticed over the last week that there is water dripping from what looks to be the right hand side of the radiator (right hand side when facing engine). It usually is a small drip for about 5 mins, somtimes it doesn't do it at all. Tried Radweld and it stopped for about 2 days, but then started again.

Would it be worthwhile replacing the radiator, or is it something else?

You checked the bleed screws are done up tight?

Tried that but problem still there. Seems to be comming from where the water bottle attatches to the radiator.

sounds like a hose leak. the rubber deteriorates over time, and if the hose's have been disturbed in recent history they are very likely to leak once the clips are reapplied. you can try using new jubiliee clips and tightening them in a slightly different position to the old clips so that fresh rubber is under the clips.
