I have a 76 124 covnvertable with a wiring problem. The front right low beam, cigarette lighter, instrument lights and a couple of other lights do not work. I have checked all of the fuses and they are fine. What's next? Relays? Grounds?

With everything on, I checked the fuse panel for current. Two fuses do not have current on either side of the fuse. I have just bought this car which is in great shape.

Also, how difficult is changing the top?
