Technical virtual tuning program

i need small help with virtual tuning software or program for fiat tipo. i own fiat and i would like to tune it litle of bit. for example to see which spoilers or tyres, engine etc.
my problem is i cant find anything like this program and in my country is not possible to find it. please help
