Has anyone fitted the new style fiat badge to their bravo/a?

I wanted to put one on mine once i get all the other bits fitted but didnt know how well it fitted?!

The latest Mareas came with the new style Fiat badge. Not sure whats different up front to make it fit.

The bolt on the back of a Stilo one isn't long enough to connect though the holes on the Bravo/a. My proposed solution, once I get around to borrowing a 10mm socket off a friend to get the old one off, is sticking it on with sealant

Yeah, i've got the new Fiat Badge on the front of my car. Its held on by a nut. If you buy a Punto one it'll be WAY too big for the car and look out of place.

Sammi whatever you do dont use a Punto front badge. I used a front badge of a Fiat Marea. Comnes with the screw at the back and fits almost perfect. You just need to tweak the hole alittle.

Yes the Stilo one (possibly the same as the Punto one) is bigger, but it doesn't look at all out of place

Thanks Sammi, took me some time to get the car and the genuine original kit for my car. Can't stand fibreglass copies. Bravo JTD HLXs are as rare as rocking horse $%£%. Its my 2nd Bravo, the first one was a Fiat Bravo 115 HLX. Sold it for something with more power and economy.

the badge i got is huge , from a punto mk3

you can have a play with it as it no use to me, will need to take of the locater pins though but a pair of tins snips should do that

yeah i tried the big badge and wasnt happy with it, i also tried the badge on a punto sporting airbag, but i wasnt happy with the fit either. i have stilo alloys with the same fiat badge for the centre caps. that badge is a near perfect fit but i cant sacrifice one of my centre caps so im waiting until i find another fiat with the same centre caps and i'll use one of them. as a bonus the blue in the fiat badge is a perfect match for my hlx. its as if they were meant for each other. untuil i get one im happy with the standard badge painted black. it matches the other black bits.

I can't agree more! He's got a very well styled Bravo - and its got a decent engine too!

i also experimented with debadging the front by filling the hole behind the badge. i think it looks ace but i didnt bother spraying my effort because my sanding wasnt quite as perfect as id like. i hate dimpled bodge. debadging it makes the mesh stand out more. i may still do it if i cant get a new style badge to fit perfectly.
