Anyone know a decent method for debadging a Bravo? I'm not too bothered about the front badge for now but my side and rear badges are faded and rotten!
Also, I want rid of the thin decal strip that runs down the side ... any advice on that so I don't ruin my my car? lol

Hot water then get something flat even a spatula would do (wooden or if metal get masking tape around it). I have used hair driers to loosen the glue and used my fingers to take it off. Remember taking your time is the key. Hot water works best.

nylon line (such as fishing line) is great for removing anything thats stuck on, badges, bump strips, spoilers, and also fingers so wear gloves. use the nylon line like a saw, running it back and forth behind the badge, when its off use hot water or a hair dryer to soften the remainig sticky crap and then carefully peel it of with your fingers. i've seen so many people use other ways to get badges off and then make a mess of it so they put them back on to hide the scratches and scrapes. dont try to pull them off, you'll probably remove paint, and dont use anything that can scratch paint, ie anything harder than skin.

as for the decal strip, usually i'd say haha good luck, but the bravo/as didnt come with a factory fitted decal strip so it must be an aftermarket one that was fitted by a previous owner, thats good because they are way easier to remove, a hairdryer and gentle peel should do it. people sometimes use a decal strip to hide repairs, especially on red cars which are hard to colour match. hope you dont peel it off to find a spray line.
