I have a brava 1.2 16v 20001 plate.
In 1st and 2nd gear doing between 10 and 20 mph the car is very sluggish and holds back,then will all of a sudden pickup power and sometimes backfire.
The engine management light flashes on and off somethimes....
any ideas?
IE:burn it,trade it in for a scoda,by a buspass.[!]
P.S Does anyone know where the air flow meter is.....

bring it to your dealer, they'll hook it up to one of them new fangled computer jobbies. or maybe not. talk nicely to them

99 Brava 100 HSX with not enough mods

we all have the inj. light come on,its there 2 scare the s**t out of you.one of your injectors may be clogged up.try stp.inj claener or simlar.a change of plugs and fillter helped mine.but the light still flashes at me.hand book says thats ok,as long as it dont stay on all the time.mr fiat will hook up a lap top and tell you in a jiffy.if you can stomach the bill.

if it aint broke dont fix it.

i'v already changed the plugs,it helped but not much.i'l try the fillter but wont hold my breath.does anyone know where the airfiow meter is. thanks;;;
