punto owner thinking of buying a bravo hgt 2.0ltr 20v on a V plate with 28k on the clock anythings i should be looking out for?

thanks for the speedy reply mate anything technical i should look for i have a punto at the moment and had alot of problems with dont really wana buy another nail although this hgt looks superb

do it man i love mine and on paper its faster than a gti-6 allthought i havent tested it yet

Mate I'd go for it. I might be wrong, but thats one of the newest HGTs you can own.

As for any technical things to look out for, the two that spring to mind is the rear wiper and the electric windows (and roof). Nothing major, but can be annoying.

thanks for that mate roughly how much does it cost to replace one

I wouldn't bother with main dealer £1000+, would try Fiat specialist if possible and go for cam belt
cam belt tensioner
water pump
aux belt and tensioner
any idler pulleys

things to look out for;-
non working electric windows.
leaking sunroof.
rear wiper not working.
injector light extinguishes on ignition.
cambelt change.
accident damage[ a few of these have been repaired and have a dodgy past. get a HPI done].
dont buy one with leather seats. they are cr*p and make an awful noise.
beside that, cracking car especially when lowered and stiffened up.:)

and if uve never bort a fiat make sure it has the red key and when u put it in the ignition turn it on then off then on again and if the imob light stays it the key is working if not its about a grand if u lose your key of want another one codded
