HI
not to sure about that one have you checked you not knocked loose a ht lead whilst replacing the battery or mabe pulled a wire out somewhere  errmm have you checked to see if your plugs are firing properly

Thanks for the reply. Ive had this problem b4 when the battery went flat but it did seem 2 sort it self out! Not this time! Ive noticed that the injector light comes on goes off, then comes back on for about 5 minutes, dont know if this has anythin 2 do with it? Also ive never had the fuel filter changed. The car has 81k on the clock the garage i use said they couldnt find the filter!! but ive looked at some posts on here which may help. Hopefully its just somethin small

hi i know ive not had many replys to this thread!! My local garage had a look and it seemed that there was condensation get into a plug that goes into the ecu. Gave it a clean sprayed a bit of wd40 on her and plugged her back in, all seems 2 be fine know thanks 2 the guys at the garage:worship: Back 2 her usual good self:) fires first time no injector light damn sweet thanks if u did reply just got 2 sort the rest of the niggles shes got!!! like the rear wiper corroded door handles and a bulb thats blown on the heatin switch or well less of the moanin CHEERS anyway(y)

rear wiper and door handles are common issues, check out the FAQ post in this bravo\a forum you'll find a link to the BOO webpage with the answers and how to change you handles to Merea (or Alfa 147 ones if you like that kind of thing) ones which don't have the same problem :). Suspect you're probably in for a new heating switch, since these seem to be a bit tricky to take apart.
