Remote key chip on board problem

Hello,

I had problem with my remote key, sometimes was working sometimes not. I know that problem was also in bad key fob, so I opened it and repleace with new one from ebay.

The real problem showed up, when I opened key and found one chip hanging from board and there was small wire on chip. Obviously someone was doing something on it before me. I cant solder this peace where it should be, because there is no metal connection??

What can I do? Is it possible to fix it? Is there any option to move some important chip to used key from another car and have working key??
