Fiat bravo 2011 sensation turbo vl37 to vl37

Hi guys I buy turbo couse my turbo eat oil so I replace it to vl36
Now I have strange noise when the robot change from 2st to 3t and 4t and...
What couse the noise it's seem like a bird.
I have open filter, and all is stock.
Any advice?
