It is an Autoleads FP-01-00.

Yes please. The lcd has failed on mine and I have an old dvd player in my loft somewhere.

LCD can be fixed, it is the through hole connections that fail on the front face, not the LCD itself.
I've resoldered two H2 radios so far.

Sorry. I should have mentioned I was out as my car is out of MOT and the Coupe' turbo engine vandalising itself has taken all motivation with it.
