Somewhere there is a fuel cut-off switch. It is supposed to trigger in a collision, to stop the pump and prevent fuel being ejected causing a fire. Sometimes these pop over severe bumps or potholes. These are usually in the cabin, behind the centre console in the footwell, or under a seat. Consult the handbook for "Fire protection". It will have a button on top to press and reset.

To test pump, run a wire direct from battery to pump. Check all earth connections.
