Hi, I'm in the process of converting my bravo hgt! I've just taking the coupe engine out and now taking the necessary parts off! I've read several threads on what I need! I will be using the coupes hub carriers to use the brembos but do I need the coupes steering rack as well to fit the brembos? Will appreciate some advice ?

Abit of progress with the project however I've came to a stop! I'm installing the coupes gear stick with linkages! And I've noticed it doesn't fit as the bravos heat shield/bracket to hold the gearstick is difference! I take it you'll have to use the coupes heat shield/linkages bracket to fit the linkages and gearstick?

Why not just use bravo linkages and change whatever is in the gearbox end to the coupe box? It is still a C510 shot version as in bravo.
Only difference is the ratios and the diff.

Or is it a six speed from limited edition?

Thanks neverth and cfreitas for your comments, in the end I bought a coupes tunnel and linkages from a broker. Been a little bit of progress meanwhile. Coupes linkages fitted, new wishbones with anti roll bar link bushes, coupes steering rack fitted with new inner tie rods, tie rod ends and gaiters and the horrid sunroof leak sealed and fixed. Coupes hub carriers shot blasted and painted, cambelt kit fitted.

Morning all, was going to fit the coupes hub carriers today until I've got a little confused! I need 2 abs sensors for the coupes hubs but which ones do I buy? Bravo abs sensors or coupes?

Just in case it was not intentional. I notice on the picture your anti roll bar drop link washers are fitted upside-down. Probably not overly important but here is the Fiat workshop manual page (claims fitting them upside-down reduces life.);

My powerflex bushes came with flat washers.
anti roll bar link bushes,

but is it correct ?.

not uncommon to have these things drawn / printed wrong..

agreed - wheels look good on it..,

can't help with the ABS rings though..,

Thank you and glad you like them. Oh I've just checked them and your right there inside down!! I'm reading on a page on fitting brembos and a chap called furyballs says on cutting bravos abs sensor off leaving the connector and wire, then cut coupes connector off then soldering the coupes abs sensor to the bravos connector and wire! Don't like the idea off cutting abs sensors and soldering cause if it goes wrong or doesn't work then it's a expensive part to bit. But if it's the only way then so be it lol. Any ideas?

Some more progress done with this nice weather lately. I bought the original hgt sensors in the end as they will fit the coupes hubs. Also have the engine in coupled up to the mounts and starting to connect stuff up. Does anyone have a diagram on which charcoal canister pipe connects to where? School boy error but forgetting to mark them!

Hi all, I'm nearly at the stage of 1st start! However there's one plug which is different to where it plugs in from main loom. I've taken a couple photos. I appreciate the help.

After some brain bashing with diagrams I know the 2 pin plug is the 55a Fiat code electronic control unit. The male connector lies with the hgt engine loom and on the coupe loom its replaced with the 4 pin plug on the picture. Now it's finding out what the 4 pin plug goes to! I've attached a diagram on where the male connector goes to on the hgt. Much help is appreciated.

Are you converting a 20valve bravo that had a throttle cable? Or an electronic throttle.

Take a look at this wiring colour chart compare that to the wiring colours on your unknown 4way plug connector. Theres are the only two 4 way plug connectors i can find on the coupe 20v engine manual that i have.

Lambda probe and 'Front cable/fuel injection'

Looks like your 2 way Bravo plug wiring is solid pink and solid black. I will have to dig out my hard copy of the wiring manual my digital version is pants on 20v wiring.
