Hi,

So I want to fit an intercooler to my car, 1.9td 75s (non-intercooled version). A stock intercooler from a td100 is out of the question for several reasons, being to small, its space is taken from the aftermarket air conditioning parts and the td100 engine being extremely rare in malta.

The front radiator is long exactly 600mm, but the only decent sized intercooler i found is a 780mm one which is way too tight to be able to install the piping ( I still need to drop the front bumper to confirm this).

The car is running a bit richer than stock settings on the fuel pump and at exactly 1bar of boost from 3000 revs upwards so an intercooler would definitly do good with summer rolling in (45 degree days coming in).

What did you guys install as front mounts? Any pictures? pipe routing? anything will help. Thanks.
