There is a bit on the BOO site and also in Haynes manual. All you need is a couple of butterknives or penknives or something like that, stick one in the left and wriggle and one in the right and wriggle till it pops a bit, then open the tape bit and pull and wriggle until it comes free. If I can do it anyone can
unless your like me, where the right side point twists and then jams into the facia surroundings, which then leads to an hour or so trying to sort that out!
