Technical IAT Sensor, help please

Hi guys, we have a Fiat Bravo Trofeo 100 1.6 16v,it is an X Reg 2000, and we have just bought one of those supercar mod diodes.

Now it says that it needs to be connected to the IAT (inlet air temperature) sensor OR the coolant sensor, which we can't find.

If anybody cares to look this up for me the site to go to is:www.supercarmod.co.uk, and click on enter and look at the installation guide.

dont trust me on this one but i think its somewhere near the top of the hose that comes out of the airfilter??its tells the engine how much cool air is comin into the engine and what mixture to run. i think its red?!?!am i right??!or is this something completely different?!loadsa help i am!!
