Technical rear fog lights are on all the time

Hello
Mystical electric problem:rear fog lights on Brava 1.6 sx-99 is on all the time.
When turning lights on the led on rear fog lights switch shines and the lights are on=rear lights are shining brightly.
Checked the connections on back-nothing.
Replaced the switch with another one but no luck.
Any ideas where to look next?

sorry i am crap at electrics. but if it was me i would take fog bulb out untill someone knows the fix.

Well the fog lights are getting power from somewhere and the main suspect would be the switch. If there's a relay in the circuit then it could be jammed on other than that you have a short circuit somewhere. Take the switch out and try it. If they still light then your trouble is at the rear end from the relay (if you have one) to the light cluster. Wiring diagram I have here only shows a relay on front fogs

M8 u have put in a single point bulb in it need s to points other wise they will be doing two jobs like staying on...get a double conneter bulb...

does it light up with all the other lights switch off?

if it doesnt then the power to the foglight is coming from a short to one of the other lighting circuits (usually sidelights)

if it stays on even when all other lights are switched off it may be a short to the ignition or a faulty switch (obviously not switch in your case) or a relay fault (there should be a relay somewhere)

although i'm with dave, just pull the bulb out till its sorted (need to do it before MOT). you can always stick it back in when its foggy.
