I wanted to ask where are all the screws located to unscrew bumper?

I found couple under the hood and took them off with wrench, 2 with screwdriver next to one wheel and couple to another. I noticed some under the car but I'm not entirely sure how much is there.

Do I need to take the license plate off too?

And will I need to take off the upper part?

Assuming you mean the front bumper, the hex and torx bolts in front, take the headlights out I think there was one under each (torx), then its torx under the car, the "tower" that attaches the lower part the bumper (usually rusted away), the there are 3 (I guess) torxes that meet between the bumper and front wing. And two torx under the radiator where the lower part is attached in the front (usually so rusted that they snap).

Plate stays on, and I dont understand what you mean by the "upper part".
Fogs have one connector, also the headlight washer have a quick connect in the line.
