On the 147 20v engine apparetly there is a throttle body heater, nnever seen it, so dont kow what it looks like, anyone got any info ???????

Never seen one. But look for a -- probably smallish bore -- running to the TB and out. Can probably be by passed without issues on UK spec petrol.
I'll have a look today and post a pic up if that helps.

apparently colder air going in, thus giving slightly more power and a throughtier induction roar
Can't see any real advantages -- on the turbo Cinqs folk used to by-pass simply because it made instalation a bit easier and neater.
The reason that the TB heaters were fitted was that in very cold temperatures (-20 and lower) there have been instances of the throttle freezing open. Not needed in this country . People have been known to put taps in the line so they can choosee to have heating or not. You would only benefit from the 'extra' power if you are trying to squeeze everything out of the engine, most mortals won't notice any gain, certainly not enough to beat the car you couldn't before.

It good work now when i disconect on 900 rpm car good fine but when i start first time car i must step on gas pedal for a while to get higher temperature, and there no problem. But i think there some other problem the fuel consumption is higher, at urban drive tripcomputer gave me information about 8.5km/l
i think that is higher consumption than i expect. I need 11.5 liters for 100 km at urban which mean that is very high consumption.
