Hello.........

So... with the help of you guys i have fixed my radio, rear washer and fog lamp replaced....but now i think i would love to do something with those wing mirros. They are the same colour as the car but the black looking stuff holding them on to the door is now showing bits of grey metal is peeling off, don't know why, or maybe i do, erm...powerwasher full on!!!

So would there be a solution to this? Like maybe using a spray can of black paint, for example but what kind, this is not paint that's on already or shall i leave well alone. Doesn't look to hard to take off the wing mirrors either!!!
Any ideas, please help.

You can spray them black or the coulor of your car.

You will need primer, black or car coulor, and some lacquer.

Sand down and clean up the base plates, use 2-3 coats of primer, 3 coats of coulor then 2 of lacquer.
