compatible. Ive connected an old one from a car n the past and theres power to it but the stereo in the past and theres power to it but the stereo will not pick it up. All it says is AUX. any ideas anyone. Thanks

Hi Welcome to the forum.

You might have to turn power of to the stero so it can restart and detect the changer.

Have you tried quickly pushing the mode button? If you hold the mode button it should go to AUX but if you just push it it should switch to CD

Hi. Thanks for your reply. Ive turned the power off,when I turn it back on its say check but then just says AUX and nothing happens. Mines a source button not mode. Dont know if that makes a diff? But ive held it and just pushed it and cd is never displayed.
