last time i used a auto drive in car wash my aerial got bent up a bit, no damage just straightened it out when we came out, but not been back since, anyway it needs a good wash again, should i lay the aerial flat or will the spinney brushes pick it up on the way back,

also using one of these machines i found at that time is a excellent way to remove the roof trim if you decide you don't want it lol, did me a favour as it was my next job at the time, and the amount of crud under there was quite shocking, dont really see the point in replacing them, but as writing this i quite like the idea of painting some the same colour as the alloys to refit, where can i get them from?

Dont use those things... invest in a car washing kit or even a detailing kit, do it by hand, it's good exercise & you get to spot paint defects etc that attended to quickly will keep your car looking good.

i do take it home and do it by hand after usually using a jet wash for the first going over, funny thing is that was the first time i ever used one of those "things"

it does a quick once over under the car so that was the reasoning for going back,

put a lot of effort into this car (and sorn mine due to new tax rules) for the missus but she dont want it now so ill give it a pride and joy once over before we use it for a trip away i want it looking great,
