Technical Radiator renewal.

After a few hassle-free months the JTD 105 has sprung a new problem on us. The radiator support panel has rusted through allowing the rad to move which has resulted in a cracked radiator

So we now have a new panel and rad to fit this coming weekend. The car doesn't have AC so that should make the job slightly easier, but is there anything in particular I need to know before starting this job?

It's pretty simple. Just remove the 10mm nuts holding the brackets on, take the hoses off and give it a good yank. You may need penetrating oil around the rubber cones at the bottom because the plastic can oxidize and bond with them.
