After a few hassle-free months the JTD 105 has sprung a new problem on us. The radiator support panel has rusted through allowing the rad to move which has resulted in a cracked radiator
So we now have a new panel and rad to fit this coming weekend. The car doesn't have AC so that should make the job slightly easier, but is there anything in particular I need to know before starting this job?
