Hey, seen as my punto mk2 has decided to have a major electrical meltdown ive decided to start looking at bravas. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to look for when going to buy one or any problems that are common with these cars? Im actually looking at the one in the classifieds and will probably go view it at some point.

look into getting the 1.8 or 1.6, the best spec you will get is either hsx, elx, formula or trofeo.

hey not sure i can help much on what to look for, but im normally into vw/seat/bmw adn just bought a brava 1.8 elx from my brother and i have to say i do like it alot, smooth ride i like the style and being a 1.8 i find it quite economical on fuel too

IMHO get a JTD they are far less likely to suffer major mechanical failure like the petrol engines/gearboxes.
