Hi all
My car's been sat for a month and the hadbrake's stuck on. It's a T plate 115 hlx. I've tried rocking backwards and forwards and it won't come off. I don't want to put too much power down 'cos i don't think it's moving and I don't want to make it worse. I noticed that the handbrake lever has gotten tighter after the rocking forwards and backwards though, it used to travel through 5 clicks and now is tight when not engaged.
2 questions then: Does this mean that the cable is stuck, or that the drums are seized, and what should i do to get it unstuck? TIA
