im trying to get my old brava up and running again after removing a faulty injector at xmas time. I need it off the drive now so looking at getting the injector replaced. The injector part number removed is iwp001 4 hole. Do i need to replace this with the same part numbered injector or can i use any 1.6 bravo/a injectors

All fiat 1.6 injectors will work, both 2 and 4 hole (They were also used in the 1.6 Multipla afaik). If you are going to install a new one it is recommended to replace all 4 at the same time.

It is possible to combine 2 and 4 holes injectors, but engine runs smoothly if all are same. But in practice it isn't so noticable. I think you have uneven run for years but you didnt percieve until injector cut out. Important is to clean all injectors with ultrasound before mounting.
