Hi all - new to this forum. My newly aquired 1.2 Bravo has a head going proved by gas test in expansion tank. Does anyone know if 'Steel Seal' works and if not does it wreck the engine?

ive tried k seal before and it work for all ov a week lol (and it says it block things from leaky core plugs to head gaskets and didnt do what it says on the tin lol)
