just wondering if all 1.2 16v gearboxes fit (ie Punto,bravo, stilo,brava)

do they interchange.
can i fit 6 speed to a 5 speed

Yes they all interchange

Heres a 6 speed installed in my old Bravo. Be warned, you will lose the use of full lock to the right with a 6 speed

What parts do i need to convert to 6 speed. does it make the car quicker

Just the gearbox, its a direct fit

That box was from a Mk2 Punto Sporting, it transformed the car totally, both economically and performance wise!

Be warned, you will lose the use of full lock to the right with a 6 speed

Did they not whige at you at MOT time for the full lock thing one side?
does it hit the box?

Did wonder about a Punto Sporting 6 speed box myself, test drove one once (Punto Sporting) WHAT a car for a 1.2cc, could well be a licence loser if you ask me, wondefully quick!!!!!!!!!

Perhaps I should part ex wife for a russian bride, seems there are loads on the web, I get emails all the time about buying one, thats when I am not being asked to update my account details on a badly speellleddd email! from a bank I don't use. Still I supose it is better than sending my account details to some North African prince who wants to deposit a Million pounds in it, Again! :yuck:

I supose I could spend it on Viagra and Callis (what ever that is) that so many pharmacutical companies seem to want to sell me via email, oh and a big HELLO to all the people that send me emails that just say hello and a web link, as if I am REALLY going to open that!!!!! but hey keep reading them you never know you may just get an email from someone you know..... 1 day!

Oh and I have just been told I have won the African lottery? all I have to do is send my account details (supprise, suprise) and £100 for administration fees, WOW I didn't even know I had entered the African lottery, and some one called Lugo who loves me and can get me to earn $500 a day, Daren't think how or ask! but it might hurt........, anyway don't need to know, I am a millionaire!!!! apparantly.
