decided ill take a look at the drainage holes under the scuttle panel as the cars been stood if i can in the morn,

had a read about and cant find anything with pics on how to remove the scuttle panel, or can i see them with out doing that

what tools shall i take with me?
am i right in using a cable tie to unclog what i can if i manage to get to them?
and how many ties linked togeather? 3? 4?

No need to remove scuttle panel to look at drainage holes. They drain off in the corners. Just use the available access to clear any leaves/crud out of it with a brush.
