wiring diagrams

hi guys,i recently purchased a remote alarm from ebay (after a mate beat me to it buying a meta m20 off a friend) the alarm i got is this:
http://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/e11050...AQ%3AGB%3A1123

the guy has sent me diagrams for a 3 door bravo with c/l BUT its for a L/H drive vehicle and it doesnt mean anything to me lol This is what he sent:

*+12v on the block for ignition, orange wire.
Buttons doors:
on the button, wire WHITE / RED.
Trunk button:
Connector on the tailgate, red / black wire.
Hood button: To be added.
Direction indicators;
Under the dash in the fuse box (left hand drive), the connector H pin and a blue wire
Pin 6 wire BLUE / BLACK.
Power outages
50 (starter): The ignition block, red / black wire.
FUEL PUMP (gasoline):
Under the dash in the fuse box (left hand drive), and the connector, pin 5 wire
BROWN / WHITE.
Odometer
In the engine compartment behind the battery connector GREY / GREEN 20-pin PIN No 5, wire
GREY / RED, or, in some cases, under the dash behind the instrument panel in
BLACK 20-pin connector, PIN No 13, wire GREY / BROWN.
Central locking;
in the output connectors of the front doors, or unit (contacts 2 and 3), positioned
behind the bulkhead behind the passenger side glove box blue and white wires.
Track wiring diagram for negative controls*

i can get a mate to do it for me at a cost of 50 and he said he will include the motor for the boot to work and also a 2 way wire solenoid if my car hasnt got one.
I would like to try and attempt it myself in all fairness so if anyone can help then apreciated.

Thanks
Mike

Re: wiring diagrams

Joske,any idea what colour the speed sensor wire is? as its got a sensor that locks the doors when you reach 10mph.Would like it all working rather than just locking the doors lol

Re: wiring diagrams

No idea on the location of the speed sensor. If it was me I'd probably start looking to connect it at the rear of the speedo or near the gearbox.

Try searching for VSS on the forum. That may (or may not) help.

Infact is there not a speed sensor near the radio, some radio's will get louder the fast the car goes (i.e. the noiser it gets).

Re: wiring diagrams

ive just looked at the plug diagrams for the pins fo rthe clocks,my question is what is the vss? Speedometer Module Signal OR Signal From Speedo? rather than connect it to the sensor on the box i can simply cut it in behind the clocks out the way.
