i can get a mate to do it for me at a cost of £50 and he said he will include the motor for the boot to work and also a 2 way wire solenoid if my car hasnt got one.
I would like to try and attempt it myself in all fairness so if anyone can help then apreciated.

Thanks

Joske, any idea what colour the speed sensor wire is? as its got a sensor that locks the doors when you reach 10mph.Would like it all working rather than just locking the doors lol

No idea on the location of the speed sensor. If it was me I'd probably start looking to connect it at the rear of the speedo or near the gearbox.

Try searching for VSS on the forum. That may (or may not) help. :)

Infact is there not a speed sensor near the radio, some radio's will get louder the fast the car goes (i.e. the noiser it gets).

cant find anything.apart froim its located on the gearbox that is a 3 pin plug  someone asked if there was a wire on his sony iso plug (which would be easier imo) but had no response..

ive just looked at the plug diagrams for the pins fo rthe clocks,my question is what is the vss? Speedometer Module Signal OR Signal From Speedo? rather than connect it to the sensor on the box i can simply cut it in behind the clocks out the way.
