Hi, roughly on a scale of 1-10 how hard is it to remove a throttle body from a 1999 1.2 16v SX80 fiat bravo, in order to access the intake manifold? I have a haynes manual and time/patience. Are there any tips that aren't explained in detail in the manual?

Thanks

Callum

2, the hardest part being the plug into the stepper motor being a bit fiddly. Take off engine cover (3x 10mm nuts) take off the air pipe (metal clips and jubilee clips) disconnect the accelerator cable by removing the bracket on the top (3x T25 torx screws) disconnect the plug for the stepper motor (use a flat head screwdriver and be carefull!) then undo the 4 allen bolts that hold the throttle in position. Job done :)
