Question changeing cambelt and noise

when changeing the camblet, will just changeing the belt and tensioners do or would it be best to buy the cambelt kit which come with belt, tensioners and idler and other bit and parts included for the price of 66.00.

also there is a little like rattle (tappet) sound comming from the drivers side, the noise seems to be comming from under the cam belt section, had three mechanics listen to the sound 2 said its a cambelt and one said its a tappet. the problem is i dont see no mention on here about a brovo 1.6 having oil feeding or camsaft problems, i know of the 1.4.

the sound is not load and die's down completely after a while, the sound it makes would mimic the sound your fingers make if you where to tap them down on a table one after the other(that fedup signal people do with there fingers.. ), so i changed the oil today and filter and see what happends.
