Flasher relay unit....

the indicators on the missus brava (1999 1.6 100 sx) go off after a while on each journey.

I checked the flasher relay in the steering column and it seemed a bit hot for my liking so I tried to change it.

my local spares place didnt have one, niether did halfords. neither could order on either. does this make it a main dealer part?

i cant really be bothered going to the scrap yard... will if i ahve to i suppose... ugh... sick of spannering bits out of wrecks piled 10ft high up in the air...

Re: Flasher relay unit....

I assume your talking about the yellow (sometimes blue) unit with 3 pins? They are main dealer only as far as I know and I'm not a hundred percent sure but is sold as one unit (stalks aswell) You can ask some of the traders on this site for a unit and if its sold on its own or not. Alternitavely I have at least 5 of these units

Going to scrap yards is how I get my kicks before the weekend
