General stero codes

hi all im new

my wife has a fiat brava, there are a few probs with it nothin major but she had a cd stero put in not long after she bought it. now she is considering selling it for a newer model so as she wants to keep her cd player i have put the old 1 back init. i have the code, and i have already tried to put the code in it , i have managed to put the code in as adviced by some1 elses prob on here but i cant find the EXP button wot is?? if it helps we have a 1.6 r reg and it is the standard stero

Do you know which model headunit you have fitted? The MK1 radios never had the EXP if i remember correctly, you will probably have the older AD182H stereo.

Code Entry as Follows:
Switch Radio On - Display Shows
" SAFE " And Then Shows " - - - - "
Press preset " 1 " repeatedly for 1st Digit
Press preset " 2 " repeatedly for 2nd Digit
Press preset " 3 " repeatedly for 3rd Digit
Press preset " 4 " repeatedly for 4th Digit
If the correct code number is now shown
Press " TP " To Enter

just a couple of minor mechinical fixes left and its all systems go lol
