Just installing it and realised that vacum piping works great for the heater pipes to heat the rear. Fits direct to heater outputs under dash.

I aint got the original pipework. Scrappy wanted too much for it. vacum piping is easier than modifying the original.

Theres a guide on fiat boo, did you get any pics xander?
and how much did the scrappy ask for console and pipework.

My local scrapyard has gone from giving me stuff to being really tight and overpriced, dont think ill use them again. plus they only keep one bravo.

i got the center console for a tenner. its a darker grey to mine but ive started a colour coding project. Fitted a darker glovebox, ashtray, airvent plus the centre console. Looks good. Ive sorted the heater pipes out now. Just gotta fit the consoe tomorrow evening.

Yeah. scrappy had another console. They are great, like the armrest now i've retrimmed it. and the handbrake is way better. I had the horrid rubber gaiter before.

I had the gaiter off the console before i had the console and it didnt fit right. just fitted some polys too at last. what a difference. Although my wiring was the same as later models. Strange.

Heres some pics of my centre console and the vacum pipe heating

I have the wiring for the controls but was wondering if the wire was in the door for the mirrors? I made a bracket from a strip of metal. Holds it well.

I had a look in the door harness too and cant see the wiring going into that either. Cant see where the wiring from the switch in the console ends.
