Technical Break fluid tubes

Can one of you knowledgeable peoole please tell me if this is an easy job to do ? In Haynes manual scale (the spanner thing) cos I have been quoted £400 to these (there corroded) a bit of welding under the selt belt holders and some lights and minor other things

The lights are ease to do I am just gettina couple of quotes for the rest

Do you know about how many spanners for the gearbox ??
