I have just bought a Bravo 1.6 in last week.

while i testing, i hear some noise when changing the gear from 1 to 2 and from 2 to 1.
i went to my service and he said that i need new two synchromeshes for gear 1 and 2.

Could you please inform me about prices of theese parts.

it is cheaper to replace the gearbox using a scrapyard box.

replacing the synchromesh requires the gearbox to be stripped down, costing a lot of money in labour.

Yeah you right.
But im living in Turkey. We have no scrapyard opportunity in Turkey.
I asked for Gear 2nd Synchronizer price to service, he said about 80 EUR. i think for Gear 1st is the same. Total 160 EUR. Labour is about 100 EUR.

I have a colleague in Turkey, who having business trip from Turkey to Italy (Milano) once every 2 weeks.
If i find out the price of parts which cheaper than here and Dealer location in Milano, my colleague can bring parts for me.
